  1. I want to build more mass while still putting cardio to increase my stamina so like 50 for strength and 50 for cardio. Is that good idea? and im really a beginner and want to use my own body weight for strength training before moving on to weights. Is push up a good starting point? Though if I do the normal push up I dont think ill be able to do the upper body exercise in the video since it had many push variation. Forgive me for my little to no knowledge about this.
  2. Will this exercise make my shoulder, chest and legs bigger? Im still not sure if this is a strength exercise or cardio. Though I want to do both.
  3. Thank you very much for the response ill glady follow this thanks
  4. Well my doctor told me I can do anything but just to avoid stuff like swimming or anything contact sport related or lifting extremely heavy stuff though I guess asking my doctor is the better choice. Btw which part of my body do you think looks weird or make a bad posture?
  5. Where should I start and what part of my body is not in the right posture. I have large rounded shoulder but not sure on the waist, I drop my short a little bit down to further see below the curve. If possible i would like to avoid heavy lifting and intensive stretching since I have a pacemaker attach to me.
