  1. So far its been avocados and cucumbers and red bell peppers. Been delicious so far.
  2. Nothing really planned. Lots of walking and some weight training. Oh and dance fitness.
  3. Oh i dont have a plan lol. Breakfast is just so hard to figure out in general.
  4. I wish i could have eggs. But I am having such a hard time with breakfast in general.
  5. I wish eggs didn't make me nauseous. That all sounds good. Im having a real hard time with breakfast in general.
  6. I started eating a lot of cucumber, avocado and zucchini. Breakfast for me is just a challenge.
  7. So far i have eaten a lot of zucchini, cucumbers, and avocados. Gonna start adding adding sweet potatoes and asparagus.
  8. Nothing specific. I walk everyday and just kinda do what pops into my head 3-4 times a week. I've done some dance fitness and some weight training so far. I really like the dance fitness.
  9. thank you all do much for the great ideas and support. This is just going to be so tough changing 30 years of bad habits. Im trying and haven't gotten to having veggies with breakfast yet but lunch and dinner have been great. I wish eggs didn't make me nauseous. So many great egg ideas. Figuring out breakfast for the week days is hard. I get up at 4am so i don't really have time to cook.
  10. In totally addicted to cucumbers and avocados with fat free Italian dressing. Its crazy refreshing. And zucchini with mushroom soup instead of using noodles. I wish i could have eggs for breakfast but they kinda make ne sick.
  11. hey, we all fall of the wagon. The thing to focus on is the fact that you are ready to get back on and try again. I love your goals and i think i will add in the water one to mine ( I suck at drinking water ). Good luck and have fun!
  12. Alright so some goals to get started on a new path...well how about... 1.) Eat vegetables with every meal (even breakfast😜) 2.) Workout for 30 min 3x a week 3.) No eating after 9pm (single mom of twin boys...this will be difficult) Now as for life style goals im thinking read one book a week. Workout the mind too! If anyone is in the Colorado Springs area and wants to work on this together let me know. And any and all help and encouragement and ideas and support is greatly appreciated welcomed. Let's do this!! This is for me and my kids😍

  14. Hey everyone im jess. New to NF and am ready to get back to a happy life. I joined because I need a change. I want to be happy when i look in the mirror. I want energy to play with my twins. I want to enjoy life instead of constantly thinking people are judging me. I guess those are all my main gials. And in hoping a little weight training and hiking can get me there. I've been a big girl my whole life. I want to try something different. Hopefully yall can help.
