  1. My mensurations are about (90-65-60) in cm. I still want to shrink my waist to make it to 60cm. Any good exercise that are specific to shrink my already fat-free waist zone? Thank you in advance.
  2. I really am disappointed ! The fact that I see women with over D cup size and yet they look perky as hell, even without bras, wheras I am a C cup and mine sag (speaking of which I turned out to have a ptosis between grade 2 and grade 3: https://academic.oup.com/asj/article/22/4/355/208705). I would have done anything -except surgery- just to lift them even for a couple of millimeters. I also tried topical treatments like aloe vera massaging daily. I guess all those articles about lifting with no surgery are plain BS. Thank you so much anyways.
  3. So I guess I got fooled by all those "bust lifting" exercises in the Internet ? Tbh I feel very confused about the fact that whether or not a non-surgical solution might exist.
  4. My Routine plan does last way longer than a week. As I said earlier, I am working on a regular routine that I'll adapt for months if not years. My main goal is to make my breast a little firmer and looks fuller, not bigger since i am not looking for size increase.

  6. I am a 28 yo woman with a 95C breast size (french measure). However I went through a lot of emotional stress in my life , which resulted in weight gain/loss alternatively. I never smoked, never drunk alcohool. I make sure I follow a healthy gluten/lactose free diet. My breast sagginess is between "mild" and "pseudo ptosis" on the perky/saggy spectrum, and I just started a homemade breast lift routine this week and this includes: -Topical lift: massaging my breast daily with 3 frozen aloe vera gel cubes for at least 10 min+ 1 water ice cube for rincing -Workout: for the exercising I found this video where the trainer says it lift your bust in one week: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkvSxpJCbOQ However I plan on taking the workout to the next level and do those exercises,plus 3 other ones,100 times each, and that will be everyday. I do not plan in anyway to completely undo the sag since I know it is impossible without surgery. But I need something that makes me transition from "mild" sag to "minor" sag. I need an expert opinion to tell me if that would be efficient to lift my breasts more quickly. Thank you in advance.
