I am a 28 yo woman with a 95C breast size (french measure). However I went through a lot of emotional stress in my life , which resulted in weight gain/loss alternatively.
I never smoked, never drunk alcohool. I make sure I follow a healthy gluten/lactose free diet.
My breast sagginess is between "mild" and "pseudo ptosis" on the perky/saggy spectrum, and I just started a homemade breast lift routine this week and this includes:
-Topical lift: massaging my breast daily with 3 frozen aloe vera gel cubes for at least 10 min+ 1 water ice cube for rincing
-Workout: for the exercising I found this video where the trainer says it lift your bust in one week:

However I plan on taking the workout to the next level and do those exercises,plus 3 other ones,100 times each, and that will be everyday.
I do not plan in anyway to completely undo the sag since I know it is impossible without surgery. But I need something that makes me transition from "mild" sag to "minor" sag.
I need an expert opinion to tell me if that would be efficient to lift my breasts more quickly.
