  1. hey all, i was sick a few days with a fever. freaked out for obvious reasons, but now im back on track. did the beginner workout instead of advanced. the point here is to be consistant so lowering my workout somedays seems ok.
  2. Day three completed. Went a little off rails with food, went out to eat and had both ramen and ice cream but i mean, reasonable portions. I still hit my walking goals, circuit done before 8H15 class started, and IF goals. I find it easier to eat between 10am and 12 noon, which I guess makes me a bit unpopular on the weekend. Honestly I have not felt hungry at all today so Im going to stick to the early eating window and see what happens!

  4. Day one: kinda done? I had a BONER headache so i did not do my fitness goals, but i did complete OMAD. Day two: my circuit complete. Now off to the studio via bike (cardio: check). There I take a walk around lunchtime and consume my OMAD at 14. Pretty sure I will make it until then, no problemo. FYI here is my circuit that I do at home due to covid: 30 squats 20 Lunges (10 each leg) 20 Jumping Jacks 15 tricep extensions with resistant band 10 Chair Dips 15 Seated Rows with resistant band 10 Push-Ups 30 Second P

I am currently 65kg and 166cm, 32F and would like to go down 7kg. I have lost muscle and replaced it with fat over the last year. I used to be a big gym junkie and just fell out of it. With CoVid19, I want to relearn how to train outside the gym. Pick 2 - 3 S.M.A.R.T. goals (smaller quests) that support your Main Quest.
