  2. Hello! I'm new to NF and new to the forums! I'm excited to join in on this challenge and I'm going to try and keep it simple. Small, gradual habit changes are my overall goals, so I picked some template goals to help me with that: Redhead14159 Diet Swap out one soda per day with water Eat a vegetable with one meal every day Fitness Walk every day (5 minutes) - this could even be in the form of standing up at your desk and walking around the office. Level Up Your Life 5 minutes meditation daily July 1 Update: Thanks everyone for the interest and comments! I thought I'd let you know how things were going! Meditation has been going well. I do this while I'm winding down for bed and it really helps! Fitness hasn't been going too great. I hurt my foot on June 21 and was out of commission for a week. But yesterday I did get my walk in for the first time since this mission started! Eating a veggie with each meal has been a challenge! Sometimes my veggie was lettuce on a sandwich my first week. Went shopping and got some good veggies over the weekend and remembered to cook them with dinner last night! So, small victories! "What's my veggie?" is going to be a question I start asking with my dinner prep since lunch is just super crazy for me. Doing great with my water. If I don't feel like it with lunch I just have it with dinner! Sometimes both!
