  2. Sorry I keep forgetting to post! I've walked 4/7 days, meditated 3x(fell asleep during one tonight lol) And I only did physio on like, 4 days... So pretty badly :') starting radiotherapy tomorrow so I'm very nervous and that makes things harder

  7. I dunno why I find it so hard! I feel like if I don't schedule something in I won't do it! I'm considering making a to-do list Today was ok, didn't walk the dog because I'm not allowed to use my arm properly yet and no one was able to come. Did walk ~3500 steps which might not seem like a lot but believe me it is!
  8. Thank you Conquius! I managed 2/3 goals yesterday! For some reason it's difficult for me to meditate? Anyway I got it out of the way immediately today!

  12. Awesome to get back into health! i should probably turn off my computer at a decent hour too!
  13. So here i am facing one of the greatest undead, the powerful Kerrigor!(aka breast cancer!) the hardest part of the fight is over, but i'm left weakened in body and mind. My goals for this challenge are to help build up my strength for the final stretch(radiotherapy, or rounding up the last of his minions) So my plan is -walking -meditating -physio exercises every day. hopefully some of you will follow along!
  14. SO a lot has happened in the years between me using these forums! some BIG stuff, (psychosis and cancer woot) has me detrmined to start a new healthier lifestyle! At the moment all i'm allowed to do is walk, but hey, thats a good place to start when youre as unfit as me! Always looking for friends so if you read this feel free to say hi!
