  1. Hello everyone, I'm a 16 year old who's been training on and off for the past 2 years but only been taking it seriously the past year. Recently I've become stumped and let me tell you why. I am currently at a body fat percentage of roughly 18% weighing 83kg. I train strength 5 times a week through and push/pull/leg split and also do endurence training about 3 times per week. I've been trying to cut down to a lower body fat but have had hardships along the way. I've been tracking my calories and macros and been keeping a calorie deficit of around 1200 calories per day. I've been making sure to load up most of what I eat into proteins in order to keep as much lean body mass as possible. (eating 1g per pound of body weight) And I've been doing this for months but my weight has not shifted. I eat pretty clean making sure to eat good fats and avoiding processed sugars where possible. I've been told that this might be due to my cortisol levels being too high but haven't gotten it tested. Any help would be greatly appreciated
