  2. I know these woes! I've gone from a woman's 26/28 to an 18/20 over the last year and a half. It was such a battle trying to decide where/how to update my wardrobe, especially for when I needed to transition to the in-betweens. Food for thought: do you anticipate staying at your current measurements, or are you likely to lose more inches? Let that dictate your current choices.   5. Thank you! Me too. I missed my second dose yesterday because I don't have "purse pills" yet... and I could definitely feel the difference at about 3pm. I'm starting to really understand my ADD/ADHD students who need that lunchtime dose.

  7. First daily update on my new goals... WOW... My Ritalin generic worked pretty much instantly. I felt focused and how I usually do when I get "focused spurts", as I used to call them. I cleaned some more, but I did it in a methodical way, instead of being distracted every twenty seconds.   8. Honestly, thank you! Getting a diagnosis (and treatment) for struggles that I have been beating myself up over for my whole life is such a relief. As I said to my parents, "This means I'm not just a messy piece of sh&t!" I teach middle school English.   11. I'm inclined to agree with you. I actually just received a diagnosis of ADHD (something I've LONG suspected) yesterday, and am picking up meds to treat it today once they're ready.
