    You might wanna take a look at the StrongLifts 5x5 program. Basically there are 5 lifts you do (Deadlift,Bench Press,Overhead Press,Squat &Barbell Row) and you do 5 sets of 5 . Check out the website or download the app.I did and I'm liking the simplicity of it and its kinda tough.

  5. Paleo eating has never been better with an avocado . I did my stronglifts today ,it was a good tiring time .I added to the mini challenge a total of 17,125lbs hoisted in triumph.
  6. Sardines would be a great paleo treat. Even though I am watching my sodium intake ,the mustard soaked ones only have aboot 215 g per can so that's permissible.
  7. I just bought 2 giant eggplants this evening .Thanks for the awesome ideas for preparation.
  8. Run on the street or go to a football pitch. Do 30 seconds of running/sprinting with 1.5 mins of walking ,do that for 30 mins every other day . And after 1 week bump up the run/sprint to 45 seconds so on and so forth . This should help out a lot .
  9. Bacon bits + quartered avocado+grilled cube steak = Paleo Valhalla (that was my lunch ,and I loved it )
  10. @meshflip stronglifts is an easy enough plan to follow that reminds me of my high school weightlifting and they have a free app too. I would try it out if I were you ,it won't hurt that's for sure.

  12. This will be my first post as a Ranger . My stats are as follows 6'0ft 395lbs Strength (STR) - 3 Dexterity (DEX) - 1 Stamina (STA) - 2 Constitution (CON) - 2 Wisdom (WIS) - 4 Charisma (CHA) - 2 I know I'm entering mid way through the current challenge ,but better late than never . My long term goals right now are : To adhere to a Paleo diet (with one day for "cheating" but not a binge . Workout 5x a week (StrongLifts 5x5 is what I've been using ) I begin Operations class for Firefighting next week and what that entails is being dressed out in turnout gear for 3+ hours in the searing Nebraska summer . So in other words I'll be a sweating monster . So cardio will not be an issue since we'll be climbing ladders,stairs & dragging fire hose .
