Hi everyone im 17 and I have been lifting around 2 years now I weight 56 kg and my height is around 173 cm (5 8) I decided bulking this year but im slowly gaining muscle so I bought Ligandrol 4 limits labs, I started the Monday, im just using a 10 mg pill daily I have planned my cycle will be around 12 weeks but im just using Ligandrol and im in caloric surplus, what can I expect in muscle gains during 12 weeks cycle, I train 5 days a week
