hello nerd fitness community!
Im (m18 58.5 kg~, (128.9 lb), 178 cm, (5′ 10))
and for the last few months Ive started training my abs at home and go to the gym in addition,
you could kinda see their outline (mostly the top) and a bit more soo when theirs a light source above, and if as if theirs a bit more fat on the bottom part of the belly,
I am confused about what should i do in order to actually "get abs",
currently I train them for about 20 minutes a day~ every second day with intensive training is it enough to define them?
because my weight is on the lower end, i don't know if i should eat at a surplus and train my abs and weights to make them "grow"
or should i eat at a deficit in order to get lower fat%?
