  7. Yesterday I finally got my beautiful Vibrams through so many woots! Can't wait to go try them running, I'm barefoot most of the time anyway, wearing them is like a dream! They push a little on my big toes but presuming that will go when I've worn them a little more. So excited
  8. Oops, forgot to check in last week! Thanks for all the support and stuff guys Wooh team persh erps! I kinda got off the running for the past week with it being bloody hot and having a general fitness hiccup, but I think tomorrow I will really push myself to get back into my routine (Mon, Wed, Fri = strength, Tue, Thu, Sat = running). I've got a new phone too so I got myself a C25K app which I think will help, although the size of my phone armband is ridiculous! (I got the HTC One X, magnificent but bloody huge!)
  9. This is my first challenge, how fabulous! Really looking forward to it I want to be good at a range of things, hence my deciding to be a ranger I want to be able to lift a decent weight and to be able to run, as well as lose some weight and sort out my health/diet at the same time. This is my start of becoming the person who I want to be for graduation in a year's time I thought of so many goals but I've managed to narrow it down! Fitness 1. Run for 10 minutes without stopping [ + 2 STA, 2 DEX ] --- I'm currently on week 2 of a beginner's running program like C25K, currently done 1 day of run 2 mins, walk 1 (repeated 7 times) and my second day is tomorrow! 2. Perform 10 real, no knees pushups [ + 1 STA, 3 STR ] --- Currently I can just about do 10 knee pushups, would like to progress onto proper ones! 3. Fit into my old clothes (drop a dress size) [ + 4 CON ] --- Have to lose a few more inches off hips, thighs and waist getting there! Yay for saving money and pretty clothes! Life 4. Find an idea for my final year project [ + 3 WIS ] --- Research and decide on an idea for my dissertation/final year project (want it to be in the area of cryptography in security/forensic applications). Perfect for this challenge as at the end of this challenge I move back down to Uni! Really looking forward to this! I'll take "before" photos tomorrow morning
