  1. I have some shoulder pain at the moment, and it hurts at the bottom of the pull up set up, so what I find helps is to stand on a step to set my shoulders and then pull up and hold for about 5 seconds. Its still early but its a tough exercise, so I think that the rewards will come.
  2. Pretty heavy mate, ton of volume. Think I'm gonna give it a go, when I finish the program that I'm on. Working on heavy squats but its hammering my hip.
