  1. Thank you for checking on me. It's going somewhat well, I rarely manage to do them on consecutive days, a day passes usually between exercises 😕 . So 22 days challenge will most likely become 44 days challenge, but that's ok. I can see some progress in the number of pull-ups already and I'm not even halfway.
  2. Hi fearless. Thank you. I noticed they also have a program from 0 to 5 pullups, if you really want to try.
  3. Not sure what the rules are with adding videos to YouTube and workouts. But I'm following this plan:
  4. Day 1, pullups: 4 in a set, 7 in 5 min Day 2: 11 chinups with rest, 16 pullups with rest. Day 3: 20 commando chinups, 15 pullups with rest, sloppy ones. Day 4: 50s hanging, 16 pullups with rest Day 5 test: 5 in a set, 12 in 5 min
  5. Hi, I'm new around here, just found the Rangers guild and think of joining. To prove to myself that I'm worthy, I've decided to go through the: 22 day athleax x pullup challenge and The goal of them is to double or at least increase by 1.5 times the pullups (currently 4) I do in a set. Will keep goals here daily on the progress. Once I complete this challenge, I can be admitted into the Rangers guild.
  6. Thank you for all this info. I'm ready for the first challenge.
  7. Thank you, will look into those articles.
  8. Hi, I'm new here, the rangers guild sounds good and I'm thinking of joining. I'm wondering how challenges work though. Is it something we pick for ourselves or are there a list of challenges we can choose from? The way people refer to them makes me think there are some ranger challenges I can use for inspiration.
