Hey guys, I am a 15 year old male boy (141 pounds, 5 foot 6.5) and I eat around 1400 to 1600 calories a day. My main form of exercise is walking, and I get around 14k steps each day. I have my meals at 10 am, then 2pm, then 5:30pm and then at 8pm. I do not actually feel that hungry however and I am trying to lose weight (I started at 162 pounds 2 and a half months ago). I just want to know if this is healthy or not.
