  1. Hi. You know, I had a similar one when I sprained my neck muscle. I am a professional powerlifter. Once during a squat, I unsuccessfully dropped a barbell and sprained a muscle in my neck. It was very painful to turn my head, the pain was given first to the collarbone, and later to the back and arm.
