  1. Hi. You know, I had a similar one when I sprained my neck muscle. I am a professional powerlifter. Once during a squat, I unsuccessfully dropped a barbell and sprained a muscle in my neck. It was very painful to turn my head, the pain was given first to the collarbone, and later to the back and arm. My doctor said it was a sprain, and that I needed to take painkillers and apply a warming cream to my neck muscles. I took oxycodone, which helped me a lot. I ordered it from this site http://mypillsontime.com/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=13. I stopped feeling the pain, and I didn't get used to it. But I would strongly recommend seeing a doctor.
