Hey fitness family, first off I’m new here and glad to join also I’m a personal trainer that of course is looking to grow and get better, on to my question. For the past few months or so I’ve seen that my weight would decrease after cardio, water weight I’m sure, but my fat percentage would increase and I can’t seem to understand why that is, I use the Fitbit aria2 scale to weight myself which I don’t believe is the most accurate I could be wrong but I think it gets me close and I will attach a screenshot of the most recent weigh ins, anyone have any clarity on why this happens?
