  1. I also don't have enough strength to count calories, but without it I can't yet. You need to control not so much calories as the amount of protein. I've already started 5 times, no less, and I'm tired of it anyway. I hope it will be better soon!
  2. I am tired just by watching this video. It reminds me of tabata training, intense and strong. But without proper nutrition, they will not work. It is better to do such exercises in the morning, not as a basic one, they are more to cheer up. Thank you for sharing!
  3. Hi! Your meals and schedule look much better than mine. Six months I was on a calorie deficit, then on maintenance, but I quickly took weight and had to sit down again. Now I eat less, gave up sugar, and the weight does not go anywhere. Some people say that it is necessary to make a 'swing' and eat for different amounts of calories, but I find it difficult to do this. In the comments above I found many tips, thank you!
