So I am 6ft tall & now weigh 135, my weight has been 120-125 for many years, I have a real problem gaining weight & I dont exercise at all unless I'm at work & I only eat once a day & i smoke.I was recently diagnosed with Parotid gland cancer & I need to start working on keeping myself healthy & kickin if I'm gonna fight this hell I'm fixing to be in. I NEED/want to stop smoking & put some weight on my arse. Gonna try to be less LAZY. How do I find the motivation to start this & stick with it? I have no energy to do anything hardley
