  1. Alright, so I want to take some time to break down my goals so I know what I need to do to reach them! Complete session 35 of GMB's Elements program I'm basically on track here! At the moment I'm on session 23, and I've been doing 5 or 6 per week. That means I should be there in about 2.5 weeks. I intend to complete the program, session 35 was sort of an arbitrary goal. But as I'm really enjoying it, I'm not worried about stopping before the 20th! Read the Tablet of Ahmad each day until Ridvan Also doing pretty well here! Again, it's just a matter of doing it

  3. This is my first NerdFitness challenge! I'd like to play with a fun little system for setting goals! That is, dividing them into one of 5 categories: Earth - body-related goals: fitness, nutrition, sleep, etc. Water - mind-related goals: studying, concentration or mindfulness meditation, etc. Fire - creativity-related goals: music, art, etc. Air - spiritual goals: prayer, reading scripture, meditating on scripture, reflecting on goals, etc. Aether - community- and service-related goals: family, friends, faith-community, neighbors, work, etc.
