  1. Week Two: S M T W TH F S C - 🟩 - 1/1 S - 🟩πŸŸ₯🟩πŸŸ₯πŸŸ₯ - 2/3 W - 🟩🟩 πŸŸ₯ - 2/3 B - 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩 - 7/7 (+5) Weekly points: 17 Total points: 31 ------ The rest of the week was pretty good. Thursday mom and dad had a guy come fix a broken window, so my schedule was thrown off for that day cause he was there a lot longer than I expected. Friday I went and picked up the final product of a project I was working on, so that was nice to finally have that done. Spent the rest of the day just hanging out with BabyG, which was nice. Snuggles are always nice. Saturday morning was pretty chill. In the afternoon I went and played the RPG with the group we've been playing with. Apparently we love doing everything the hard way and keep making everything more difficult for ourselves than it needs to be. lol. Got home later than I had planned for and BabyG was super tired when we got home.
  2. Week Two: S M T W TH F S C - 🟩 S - 🟩πŸŸ₯🟩⬜⬜ W - 🟩🟩⬜ B - 🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜ ------ The past couple days have been alright... Tuesday BabyG and I went to where I used to clean on Tuesdays so the people I cleaned for could meet her. That was fun but so tiring, and messed with my schedule enough that I didn't care too much in the afternoon whether or not I followed the "schedule". I did partially get some course stuff done. Unfortunately, I think it's probably stuff I'll rarely/never use, so part of me feels like it would've been better to skip those parts and use my time on another part of the course. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ Oh well.... Wednesday the baby monitor I've been trying to get working parts for since before BabyG was born finally came. Thankfully it's working now. Did some stretches and things are starting to finally feel better. Really need to get to the chiropractor soon.
  3. Week Two: S M T W TH F S C - ⬜ S - 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ W - ⬜⬜⬜ B - 🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ------ Monday was a good day. D unexpectedly had to go into the office for work, so I had a chance to do some cleaning in our room. (Usually when he works from home he's in our room.) Got the dressers and desk cleared off. Schedule stuff was thrown off a little in the morning because the washer wasn't working. Got it fixed and got things done still, so I'm counting it as a good schedule day. BabyG went to bed without any tears!!! Was so proud of her. It probably helped that she was super tired when she went to bed, but I'll take it!
  4. That's exciting! Do you know how many weeks that goes for? D and I are planning to do the same, but missed the first one this week due to a baby dedication meeting. That would be great! I've always been close with my brother and can't imagine living on opposite sides of the country!!!

  6. Week Two: S M T W TH F S C - ⬜ S - ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ W - ⬜⬜⬜ B - 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ------ Sunday was good. Went to church in the morning. My friend visited our church this week since she was here. I felt bad though because I didn't get to visit with her much since I left towards the beginning of the service to feed BabyG and then spent the rest of the time in the nursing room with other moms. BabyG enjoyed being in there with other people her size though. ❀️ Had a short meeting after the service for out baby dedication happening next week.

Friday my friend came to hang out again in the morning. BabyG had fun "chasing" my sister's dog. So many giggles! Saturday we chilled in the morning and then went out for a late lunch with the fam before my brother heads out for a while. D and my dad worked on his car some more and got it finished.

  9. I'd say layers would be nice, and some face framing if you tend to wear it down a lot. Have you considered bangs at all? Not sure what you're looking for, but it would be a change. The only downside to bangs would be waiting for them to grow out if you don't like them. Though, I feel like a side bang might be easier to deal with in that respect and would possibly be a smaller transition than a full fringe bang.
  10. What have you done in the past that you've liked for your hair? Does it tend to be more thin or thick? Is it naturally wavy?
  11. YAYYYYYY!!!!! So proud of you!!!! ❀️ I feel this one! When we moved in with my parents we were just "here", but now that BabyG is born and I'm actually moving around and living life instead of recovering, I've been trying to help out with more, especially since my mom is super busy rn. Hope this goes well for you.
  12. Week One: S M T W TH F S C - 🟩 S - 🟩🟩🟩πŸŸ₯⬜⬜ W - 🟩🟩 ⬜ B - 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜ ----- The past couple days have been pretty good. Thursday was a bit rough though.... Wednesday a good friend came over. She's been up for the week and is going to a wedding on Saturday. (Kinda salty about that wedding, but it is what it is*.......) My friend and I hung out and played with BabyG and at some point we went for a walk, which was really nice cause I was intending to do the walk challenge thing during Zero Week and then ended up not doing it. It was so beautiful out. I forgot to grab socks though and my shoes started to rub on my feet after a while, so I went barefoot the rest of the walk. Thursday I took a shower and gave BabyG a bath at the same time, and was reminded how much she hates being cold and wet, even if the water is warm.... πŸ˜• We ended up snuggling for much of the rest of the day, so following my schedule didn't happen, but they're not this small forever, so I'm okay with that. ❀️ In the evening we went to our new small group. It was so nice to be with people who are in the same stage of life that we are, or just a little ahead of us. *Rant in spoiler:

  14. Week One: S M T W TH F S C - 🟩 S - 🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ W - 🟩⬜⬜ B - 🟩🟩🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜ ----- Tuesday was good. Spent the day with BabyG and getting laundry done. Did some stretching and realized how much I needed to stretch! Played the Star Wars RPG in the evening and left BabyG with D. She went to bed well and didn't stir much when I told her goodnight after getting home. She did wake in the middle of the night and was wide awake! lol. I woke to her talking to her sloth. ❀️
  15. Me too! It's so hard to just let her cry, but Ik it will be helpful for all of us down the road and the tears will be less and less as she gets used to falling asleep herself instead of being rocked to sleep. It was so nice! Definitely needed! ❀️ Hope you find yours! I'm starting to wonder if we left ours in Tennessee.....

I really think a lot of that has to do with not taking my vitamins as of late, but I can't find them anywhere; they've been lost since vacation.... πŸ˜• Stayed pretty much with my "schedule" today. It was thrown off a little due to a slightly expected, but kind of impromptu outing. I made a "passport" booklet thing for the kids program at church, and went to proof it this morning. Was so close to D's work for that that I decided to surprise him and say hi, which turned into a lunch date. BabyG was super happy when I got home, which was nice to see and melted my heart. ❀️ Speaking of BabyG, she slept so well last night once she finally fell asleep! Sleep training seems to be going okay. She was a bit fussy tonight but fell asleep once she got settled. Spent some time clearing off our desk so it can actually be used. Now for the dressers! lol
  17. Week One: S M T W TH F S C - ⬜ S - ⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ W - ⬜⬜⬜ B - 🟩⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜ ----- Today has been good. Went to church this morning and it was nice to see everyone again. There was a potluck after church. Chilled the rest of the day, which was nice. Night one of sleep training went well, but there were definitely tears. πŸ˜• Poor baby; pretty sure she's teething, and probably going through a sleep regression, and now we're sleep training. Hoping this goes well, but not sure if/when it'll get any easier...
  18. This challenge will contain the continuation of adventures, such as learning and exercise, and have new adventures, such as schedules and sleep training. Last challenge didn't go so well with me trying to cut out sugar.... Instead of trying to completely cut it out, this time I'm planning to just be mindful of how much sugar I'm consuming and trying to keep it to a minimum. Though I won't be tracking it as a goal this time around, I'd still like to be aware of my sugar intake. Challenge Goals: Courses - πŸ“˜ > As I mentioned last challenge, I've been working on an HTML course. I don't really have a plan for when I'd like to finish the course, though I wouldn't mind having it finished by the end of the year. My goal this challenge is to work on the course at least once a week. If I do that, I'll get myself pretty much to the end of the course. (Before I looked just now I didn't realize how close I am to finishing.) Schedule - πŸ—’οΈ > Last challenge I wrote out a schedule for myself and intended to follow it as much as I was able. Well, lots of things came up last challenge and that kind of failed.... This time around I plan to use the schedule to loosely help me stay on top of things/getting things done, especially on days where I don't have to leave the house. πŸ˜… So the goal here is to follow the schedule I've written out as closely as I'm able (on days I'm able to) and adjust as needed. ( I'll also try to remember to mention what I'm getting done around the house) Workout - πŸ€Έβ€β™€οΈ > This goal has been around for a bit, but I took a break after BabyG was born. I tried to get back into working out and then found out I hadn't healed as well as I thought and working out went out the window again. πŸ˜• I may or may not see a full workout, in terms of what I'd like it to be, but I'm more focused on slowly working up to working out again. So this will encompass things like stretching/potential PT, etc. (at least 3x per week) Baby - 🍼 > BabyG is growing so fast and I can't believe that time has gone by as fast as it has! As she starts to settle into a pattern of naps during the day, D and I have decided that we'd like to work on sleep training with her so that hopefully nap times and night sleep times will be easier on all of us. The plan with this one is consistency. -------------------- ---------- ----- - Looking forward to see how things go, and finding what works and what needs adjusted.

Week Five: Sugar - ❎πŸŸ₯πŸŸ₯πŸŸ₯πŸŸ₯πŸŸ₯ - 1/6 Book - 🟩🟩 - 2/2 Learn - 🟩 - 1/1 Weekly points: 4 Total points: 31 ----- Didn't do well on sugar again this week, though it was kind of a stressful week, so I'm not surprised. We visited D's fam over the weekend, which was nice. BabyG enjoyed seeing everyone, though I think she enjoys being with people in general. lol
  20. Oh, for sure! I used to help take care of an older lady and the physical therapist who would come in would constantly tell her "if you don't use it, you lose it." when hearing that she wouldn't do her PT during the week. lol. That's great! Glad your cuts are mostly healed! Yay for gloves! Ain't that the truth!!! πŸ˜‚ Definitely found that with sugar this challenge. πŸ˜…
