Needed a bit more rest than normal as felt like cardio towards the end. Im going to a Greek island on a month to get some sun and chill out. After that should be hiking season 💪 I’ve got trips to Berlin and Porto planned for this year.

I had tragic hamstring doms from last session. ar pushups = knee assist ring pushups Some hikes open up end of April so going to get back into it and hit some new hikes.

An extra rep on weighted band ring dips. More reps on weighed band chins but didn’t get 8x3 Only did 2 sets on lm press as did high pulls earlier.

Added 2.5kg on rows. Added 2.5kg on curls. 38.5kg total Added 1.25kg on lm press.
  11. I did the Gemmi Pass today. From Kandersteg to Leukerbad. I forgot how hard it was! Plenty of cardio.

Ive been swamped at work but will try and make time, Ill hike on Sunday.

Jogging tomorrow.

I’ll add weight next time. Rings felt good. I’ll add weight start of February. Got 3 extra sets of weighted chins. Did 1 sets of triceps at the end. High pulls are good. I’m doing from an angle now and can really feel in upper traps.
