  1. Some but not complete success this challenge Endurance: I was able to get up to 5 miles without stopping. Flexibility: cannot yet do flat palms but can put my fists to the ground (baby steps) Weight dropped to mid-190 range, varying by the day. Setting new goal point of 175lbs

  3. I am just getting started again, but main focus is going to be endurance rebuild. My endurance goal for the current challenge is going to be able to go 5 miles without stopping (treadmill). Right now I can just about hit 3. My Flexibility goal is to be able to plant the palms of my hands on the group while my feet are flat on the floor. I can touch the ground with my fingertips, but want to push further.
  4. As steam rolls away across the water, a lone figure drags himself from the frigid waters of isolation. As the moon shines down, a rakish smile creeps across his face. He lifts his broken body to the docks and stares into the moonlight. There is much work to do but patience is required. Let the adventure begin with this new mission...
  5. Just joined up and looking forward to the journey. I am called Glasswalker. My background is varied but mostly technology driven. I take the name as reference to walking from behind the glass moving into the real world as far as fitness goes. Goals: Long Term: Recover from crash and build toward the future Short term: 1. Endurance building 2. Flexibility building 3. re-achieve the ability to do handstand pushups. Current details: Weight: 210 Height: 5'4" Activity level: -Walking daily -Planks daily Training History: Parkour: Self guided training approx. 5 years (before crash) Judo: Yellow Belt (but many years ago Tai Chi: Studied with personal trainer helping him develop his teaching program so he could become and instructor Kendo: Practiced with friends but no formal training Fencing: 3 years Rapier fencing with the SCA I look forward to learning and making new friends,
