Not so good. Haven’t had a single gummy bear! And have minimized any other candy eating. Drinking water more. But I’ve really struggled with adding exercise back in or meal prepping. It’s so discouraging some days. Busy life with an active career, 2 kids, and a sickly mother in law who needs attention regularly.

Finding the drive to stick with a plan despite and frustrations and set backs can be so hard! Gonna start with the K.I.S.S. Method for my first challenge! 1. NO GummyBears! 2. 4 workouts a week 3. Meal prep at least 3 meals a week.
