I have a quick question about progressive overload.
Let's say one week I am benching 100 lbs for 4 sets of 10. The next week I am benching 105 lbs, but only 4 sets of 8, which means less volume. Is that still considered progressive overload since you are increasing the weight? Or does it have to be the same amount of reps and sets while increasing the weight to be considered progressive overload? Thanks!
