  1. Thanks guys yeah I know why I failed. Laziness, well i know what one goal will be next challenge! Which is when?
  2. Well, I failed miserably this time. Oh well, next challenge will be better, believe it! Slacked alot during this one but now I'm set on doing alot better!
  3. I'm at 25 right now so yeah I'm getting close to my goal.
  4. Hey Hiraedd it's going good, I'm getting closer every day. All I do is add 10 or so lbs of weight and do them, sure when I have on the weight I can't do all 30 but it makes it quicker for building. Also I added more variations to it to work my muscles differently. And 10 glasses? Nice! I might end up going closer to 9 bottles a day, 18 cups, 144 ounces, whatever you want to call it I'm chugging it!
  5. I forgot to keep posting! Well anyway I've kept my diet close to paleo, only real thing is occasional peanut butter and whole wheat pasta/bread. All I drink is water! And I'm chugging it like a damn camel at 5-7 bottles a day! My workouts haven't been as solid but I've been playing football 5 days a week and mild bodyweight strength training. I've decluttered my room of the 20 items but plan on getting rid of 10 or so more. Very unusual sleep schedule but always getting at least 5 hours to 7 hours a night whether I go at midnight or 3am. Been doing my best to find a job and keep my grades in check which so far haven't missed an assignment!
  6. Played an hour of street basketball an had a chicken sandwich for lunch and half hour of mild volleyball. Still have my workout to get through and clean my room up.
  7. Thanks guys but the challenge is going to get tougher as expected. Good luck to you guys too!
  8. Check in! I know it's been a week but so far: Been working out daily except Sundays, phased out sugary drinks so I only have water, next up, increasing intensity and getting rid of sugary foods and getting rid of the 20 items!
  9. Only at 120, started today, my arms will hate me when I'm done! Hit the deck! Up! Repeat!
  10. Nope, I just found it today. I'm planning on giving it a try this weekend.
  11. Thanks Aragorn! Yeah I truly hate cleaning so this will be a good way to make space and calm myself. Good luck on your challenge!
  12. Thanks man, I found a post to make one of my favorite foods, BANANA BREAD and it's paleo too using home made almond meal. http://www.reddit.com/r/Paleo/comments/10ipe2/after_yesterdays_post_i_decided_to_make_my_own/ that subreddit truly helps
  13. My first challenge too, nice goals man! Lets kick some ass!
  14. Goals: Incorporate full paleo (it'll take time getting my mom on board and all) do 30 pushups consecutively get my body fat percentage to 10% (currently at 15% down from 26% 4 years ago) purge my room of 20 unnecessary items (going toward minimalism) Class: Ranger (obviously haha) Starting: Height: 5'8 Weight: 180lbs Waist: 33" Curl: 30lbs Bench: 80lbs Pull ups: 4 (occaisionally 5) 1 mile time: ~8:15 Training methods: Weightlifting, some running, sports lots of sports. Cutting all liquids that aren't water. Merging paleo in stages to make adjusting easier.
  15. Thanks for the support guys, that makes me want to go to 600lbs! But that can wait haha and yeah all my friends brag at 10+ pullups in a row and I'm trying to keep up with them.
  16. Thanks man, my legs are sore as hell but it was worth it!
  17. First off, one is a small one that is usually scoffed at but it's progress! I was finally able to do 5 consecutive pullups!! Second, I don't know if this is a big accomplishment or not but either way I feel proud. I did 500lbs on the leg press 10 reps!
  18. Sweet! I can do 3... Pathetic I know but hey it's a start! Congrats man!
  19. You. Inspiration. I must equal you now haha I really need to get in shape
  20. Hey guys I'm David and after reading some posts from Steve I decided to sign up. I'm still in high school and at 183.2 lbs standing 5'8" from 190 lbs in January. I've always been the bigger kid and I'm finally going to do something about it. Planning on working out every morning and sticking with body weight since I don't have access to a gym. My goal is to get down to 160 lbs by the time winter rolls in. I managed to drop the ~7 lbs from changing my diet and getting rid of all the processed crap I used to eat. Wish me luck!
