This is really good stuff thanks! only thing Im not finding on here that Im still curious about is when to workout the crossfit gym Im at has so many class options and my schedule is so very very flexible that I could do any of them. So Im trying to decide between morning and evening for working out. any thoughts?
  2. so I'm just starting crossfit and paleo on day 2 woot!(ouch) and I was wondering if any of you knew much about or could point me toward good info on: sleep amounts that are ideal what working out before sleep does or after or mid-day ect eating- effects on body eating right when you wake or waking then working out then eating, eating before bed ect hydration- currently going to stick with drink as much water as I can period but would like to know if certain times of day are good for water intake or if there's anything about drinking water before bed. thanks
  3. Got tired of being lazy and sick of being sick. So here I am to join the rebellion. Joined a crossfit gym and started the paleo diet today. Got my living area organized yesterday and clean. Been just all around productive this last week and it feels great! I wanted to post some of my goals so here's a few: currently dealing with some uncomfortable and slightly scary digestive problems, I want those gone lose weight and look good Im 6ft 225lbs male develop some cardio, always been a weakness of mine become stronger and physically fit so I can do w/e I want to unlimited by physical restraints develop a healthier lifestyle that continues throughout my life and spreads to others and develop clearer goals that are more measurable. Looking forward to getting this lazy, overweight, sick, and weak version of myself nice and dead and finding out more about who I really am.
