  2. Yeah, this happened to me, when I started dieting, I lost a lot of water weight quickly, and when I stopped dieting or working out, I gained a lot of weight quickly as well. When I heard about intermitten fasting and researched it, and tried it, and I can't tell you how effective it was for me and how quickly I lost my extra pounds in months.
