  1. Last week was rough to be honest. Only worked out one day....ate like crap. Determined to not letthis final week be in vain. Knocked out my workout today, still kinda eating like crap....but I will fix that too.
  2. Dude!!! Fullmetal Alchemist is one of my top 10 favorite animes and mangas of all time. Riza's such badass! It seems to me that you're still kicking butt and taking names, with all that running. You got this friend.
  3. Well it was going pretty well until today I didn't go shopping at all this weekend and so I procrastinated and didn't have any food to cook, so I ended up getting some fast food for dinner tonight. So I'm kind of beating myself up over that. I also didn't work out because I'm not feeling good today so today was just a bust. Here's hoping tomorrow is a better day
  4. "Let's see Black Panther on Saturday, and Avengers on Sunday." Both were amazing. Sorry you're feeling the funk I hope you feel better soon. Hopefully you'll get to see the movie soon just be prepared is all
  5. Monday: didn't want to work out, made myself work out, wanted to eat trash, finished under my calorie goal. Good day felt great, also had a woman at the gym say that she noticed that i had lost weight since the last time I was in there. So yeah, pretty good day. Tuesday: was doing pretty well, this was my rest day but i was still under my calorie goal...till about 9:30 and my will not to eat my son's lucky charms overwhelmed me....tow bowls later I felt sick.... Wednesday: another day of nearly talking myself out of working out, my brain running though the thought process of finding another day i could work out....but I went and lifted hard. nearly at the point where I was before i injured myself a year ago. feeling good came home and made a "Mexican" rice bowl with chicken, rice and spinach....lots of spinach. Made enough to bring to work for dinner tonight. lunch consisted of a iced protein "mocha". I'm determined to make up for last nights failure lol.
  6. You know it's funny that you say this and then there's a blog post that pretty much says the same thing lol. Consistency is key to life. I will keep that in mind thanks
  7. Yesterday: Rest day consisting of no walking or much of anything and some over eating (although not as much as I used to) Today: Slammed it out at the gym. weighed myself (although it was after the workout so take it as you will) I have supposedly lost about 6 pounds since last weeks weigh in. Feeling pretty good about myself and the consistency. I know its probably all in my head but I feel stronger and have noticed slight changes to my body. But like I said probably in my head lol.
  8. Food is always worth it lol Knocked another day out at the gym. getting closer to where I was a year ago in my lifts. walked about 1.5 miles today. Cooked a spinach, turkey bacon, and egg scrabble with cheese for breakfast. Today has been a good day. still lagging on making my self read. ugh
  9. Rest day, lord i needed it lol, but i plan on walking about 3 miles today to supplement. Cooked lunch and dinner, broccoli chicken with a bit of rice. Tomorrow morning when i get off of work it'll be off to the gym I go. Also...because i cant do an actual pull up at the moment, I've decided to either do some lat pull downs or bent over rows. Just until i build the muscle to Actually be able to do some lol.
  10. In my studies I have come to the conclusion that my sword is no longer able to contain the might of my magic. I've read of enchanters in distant lands that may be able to help me create a powerful weapon that should be able to withstand my magic as well as cleave through my foes. there were two I've read about, Pumat Sol in Zadash and Gilmore in Whitestone, although I'm not sure if he has a shop there. but as Whitestone is closer, I have made plans to travel there first. With any luck I should arrive there in a month. Main Quest: Consistency part 3- battle preparations • Lift 3 days a week (modified version of 5x5 with some added exercises) • Walking for 30-40mins 5 days a week • Continue cleaning up my diet focusing on eating more vegetables and protein. (no fast food during the week) • Start the day with a devotion (stole this from @MattSkywalker) Apologies that this is late, but better late than never. I have been working on a modified version of a Buff Dudes workout (part of their cutting plan) It has been just the motivation i need to visualize what the next couple of months have in store. As it is Monday I have already kicked out the first lifting day. now to cook lunch and get ready for work. Have a great Monday Y'all!! knock it out!
  11. I'm honored friend! Ill try to make it worth wile to read lol.
  12. So in typical fashion I failed to keep up with this. However, I kept up with most of my goals. This last week I knocked the crap out of my work outs and walk/jogs. I have been hitting squat/bench/dead lift numbers I haven't been able to for a while. Still where I have strengths, I failed are keeping my diet. I ate out alot. And I never did get back to reading. I think I may go the audible route lol. But I shall be back for the next challenge, if anyone still reads this lol.
