  2. Hi Adventurers, My question might be a little naive, but... Do we start on our own? I already wrote down my goals and my plan for achieving them. But I also read that we would have "guild challenges?" Where do we find those? Is there an "On your mark, Get set, GO!" type of beginning?

Hi Heathbar314, Yes, in this case I plan on cutting down on the refined sugars (drinks, milk teas, pastries, white bread, and I'm also including fruits) for all hours except between 4 pm to 6 pm, where I can eat fruits, dark chocolate, and maybe milk teas. For other carbohydrates (rice and pasta) I won't cut them off entirely. I just want to reduce the overall amount I consume. Thank you for the link to the tracking website! P.S: Your avatar is really cute!! Good luck with your challenge! I'm also thinking that now that the competition to get into pharmacy school is over, it will be easier to make friends... (specially considering the amount of yours you will be sharing at the library ;-)

Hi All, So, I decided to take the jump and join all of you! :-) Background Info I'm 28 and according to Steve's visual scale I'm at about 27% body fat Besides stretching every morning, I don't exercise much, and I feed on sugar (soda, milk teas, pastries, cookies....) I used to be pretty fit when I was younger, so this loss in fitness is not something I'm particularly proud of. (And that's why I'm gonna start working on it! Here are my 4 goals: Health and Fitness 1. Loose 5 lbs in 6 weeks. (I'm at 140.8 lbs right now) 2. Be able to do 2 full pull-ups (I can't even do half of one right now....) 3. Cut down on the sugar!! I don't want to ingest any sugar except between 2 pm to 6 pm. (I'm living on sugar right now. From morning to night. It's scary...) Level Up my Life 4. Get 100 new visitors to my new blog. My Plan Since I don't think I can completely stop the sugar I'll allow one time of the day for the sugar. This should still allow me to cut down on sugar quite a bit. (I'm also going to diminish my carb intake). For the pull-ups... I'm going to follow Steve's "Rebel Fitness Guide" beginners routine, but add "trying to do pull-ups" at the end of each set. These two should get me to loosing 5 lbs and being able to do two real pull-ups (I hope). For the 100 new visitors... This might be a little difficult since I'm a new blogger. I'm gonna write more quality articles, and case studies from my work and/or life. I'm also going to see if I can write for other blogs. That's it I'm not sure how the challenges work, but I hope I'll be up to the challenges posted by our guild leaders!
