  1. Hey there everybody, Sable Fire here and I am really excited to be starting this challenge! Since this is my first (hopefully of many) challenge, I am a little unsure about how to make this happen, but I know having a support team will help so much! Here are my goals for the next 6 weeks: 1. I want to lose at least 15 lbs by limiting myself to only two items of food a day that contain any kind of processed sugar, the rest has to be clean! 2. Drink only water, tea or coffee (real coffee not a frapawhapadoozle at starbucks) 3. I want to walk at least 2 miles every day (this will be measured with a pedometer and some math skills) My Life Goal: I want to become more comfortable with my body and I want to feel healthier and happier because I am leading a more healthy lifestyle. Things I Am Horrible At: 1. Self-motivation 2. Resisting the allure of sugar 3. and being a lazy bum, which i will no longer be allowing myself to be I can't wait to support y'all through your adventures! In the words of Harvey Dent, "you make your own luck", and that is exactly what I intend to do with this challenge!
