  1. I'm keeping it simple because I'm a guinea pig and computer keyboards are hard to manage with my spindly little legs. My three diet/fitness goals are: - Track my calorie intake through MFP 5 out of 7 days (hard enough for me to track 2-3 days in a row; this should be a challenge). - Start C25K and do that three times a week (I hate going to the gym, so I'm working out at home until I get more confident about myself). - Eat home-cooked, non-processed food. Shouldn't be horrible, but I have a tendency to not plan ahead, so I'll have to remember this. Life goal: - Clean/organize/declutter my room and keep it that way. I like having a clean room, but I don't like cleaning it. EDIT: I forgot to add everything else. Background info: I can't be a ninja if I'm a fat guinea pig. My goal is to eventually become a warrior, but baby steps for now so I don't shoot myself in the foot before I even begin. Starting attributes: 5'4", ~170 lbs (I think...my scale broke just before I went on a fairly effective diet and I have no idea what I weigh now). And I'm female, for context. As far as general plan for achieving my goals go, I have MFP on my phone, which I always have with me, so there really should be no excuse for not tracking it. C25K is probably going to be the toughest because running is a challenge for me, although I like the way I feel after exercise, but I'm going to schedule it and just make myself go when it's that time. Finally, for food...I have a pretty good pantry and an ever-expanding recipe/experimentation list so the only thing will be not waiting until I'm absolutely starving to get some food or have some snacks available for those starvation times.
