You've come to the right place! I'm a teacher also (college English) and have seen the weight come on from spending a lot of my day indoors and not sweating. I also do 2 jobs and have 4 kids and am often powerless to the pull of carbs and sugar that are floating around the house or workspace. I'm telling you this so I can say this: You're not alone. Just thinking back over what I ate today, there were much better choices to make. There was a going away party at the school with food I won't mention because I don't want you to be craving them. And I let myself sleep in an hour instead of getting up and running around the block a few times. Today was a step backwards. Tomorrow will be better. We're on the right track; it's the struggles that make it worth it. The people here can help you on the track if you want them to. And I will too. Peace.
