  3. thanks for the warm reception @caponerd/jedijem just signed up for the 6 week challenge. @chef Neem: already posted that I'll have the full split down in 6 weeks. Expect a photo of me over 2 chairs (cliche?) this video is helping me a lot. hope it helps you too for the rebellion
  4. good day, docblueskies here from the philippines, am new to the forums. I have introduced myself in the rebel recruitment thread. and I was referred to check out this guild by jedijem. Anyway, hope you would have me. I'm 34 y/o. I am a 1st degree blackbelt in taekwondo. was competitive in a national level during my high school and college days. but I stopped training during med school and my early years of practice. I am 5'7 and a disappointing 190 lbs Anyway, I want to get on track, and try to regain my former flexibility, power and speed. Now, my stamina is bad (only takes 20 kicks by me to feel winded), my splits are terrible, and I am reduced to an armchair martial artist. My plan is to jumpstart and maintain my body to what it once was. but admittedly it is a very far journey. I joined a kali school in my area to supplement the long range kicks of taekwondo ( and sparring with knives is very fun xP) , I also am tinkering with nunchucks. am kinda getting the hang of it now. expect viedoes from me as my skills improve... my kali practice vid my guro's training vid short term goal. post a full split video by AUG 31 (1 level up). wish me luck guys docblueskies level 1 monk added a new goal. I must master this form and show it to you guys by AUG 31 weapon mastery +1 more power to the rebellion!

Aug 6- Sept 17 My Kim Kaphwan/maxi challenge 1. do a full split and post it here at NF agi +1 2. master this nunchaku form. take a video of it and post it here weapon mastery +1 3. do 50 squat to front kick strength +1 4. totally cut of soda. is if it were kryptonite to me cons +1 will +1 aspiring monk signing in.

I was inspired when I stumbled upon Steve Kambs lecture about living your life as a video game. Anyway am 5'7 and a disappointing 190 lbs. I hope to seek inspiration and support in joining these forums and hopefully meet new and interesting people who share my passions and interest. my story during my high school days I was a competitive taekwondo player a 1st degree blackbelt, joining national competitions and winning a few medals along the way. all of it changed when I entered med school though. stress and a hectic schedule very detrimental to oneself.
