  1. Down 4 pounds in a week is nice! Really nice step wise approach on the junk food. You could also explore something like cutting out liquid calories first(completely) and then take it from there. I found that helpful with my junk food habits. Good Luck!
  2. Hey Veritate! Thanks for the support. Hope your week 1 went well. Will look up the Couch-2-5K program. Update for week 1: Mon,Wed,Fri: Hit the Gym and got my starting strength workout in Tue,Thur: Went running as planned. Thursdays run I went 2.4K so thats a bit better than my best. Caught a bad cold and a fever so weekend ruined. Goals: 1> Run 5k non-stop (Currently can do 2k) -- upto 2.4K 2> Starting Strength x3 per week -- check 3> 10 Pullups in a set (Currently on 3) -- still on 3 Life Goal : Get back to learning Spanish and DONT GIVE UP-- Didnt do this. In other news, lost .8 Kg
  3. Hi Guys, New on the boards and relatively new to NF. This is my 1st challenge. Diet goals: 1> Run 5k non-stop (Currently can do 2k) 2> Starting Strength x3 pew week 3> 10 Pullups in a set (Currently on 3) Life Goal : Get back to learning Spanish and DONT GIVE UP
