Update Monday 24th December
Bench Press: 30kg: 8, 7, 4

Squats: 2 x 15kg dumbells: 8, 8, 8

Wow - fantastic, you did it! Not easy at this time of year.
Very sensible, taking time out to think about the next challenge - have a fantastic Christmas and New Year!

Update for Wednesday 12th December
Sprint intervals: 10.
Week and a half off weight training due to shoulder injury.
Update: Saturday 22nd December:
Pull ups: (assisted): 3, 3, 1
Deads: 60kg - 3; 55kg - 4; 50kg - 5;
Press ups: 17, 9, 8;
Preacher curls: 12kg: 8, 7, 6.

Week 4 check in:
Goal 1: What!! Gone up to where I started. Grrr...
Goal 2: Sprints done again.
Goal 3: Not there yet....
Goal 4: £89
And a mini challenge arises - excellent!!

Pull ups: 1, 1, 1, 2: First one from bent arms, next assisted. (Not sure the week off back exercises)
Deads: 55kg (yay): 5, 1, 1
Press ups: 17, 12, 10
Preacher curls: 12kg: 5, 4, 4

Count me in for the yoga session too.
Challenge looks pretty good - better to miss a few days on the forums but stay on track with your goals.

But, an hour later, I felt pretty gross. Not horrible, not sick, but not pleasant, either. I'm thinking I'm going to have a salad tonight. I've been eating a lot of cooked vegetables, because I had burned out on raw ones. Perhaps it's time to switch back.
I can sympathise - today I had a wonderful lunch with friends - a bring a plate lunch. The stollen I had was lovely, but I feel gross now!! Maybe just some gently steamed veg would be good?

Sounds like it's going really well. It is quiet this time around. I guess December's a busy time for everyone.

That's it - giving pull ups a miss until Saturday this week.

Chins: 1, 1, 1, 1: Still can't do them from dead hang.
Deads: 50kg: 8, 8, 8
Press ups: 15, 12, 10
Preacher curls: 12kg: 8, 3, 6.
NB: Will leave all chins, pull ups, bodyweight rows for a week.

Bodyweight rows: 8, 8, 8
Press ups: 15, 11, 10
Dips (much lower this time): 2, 1, 1
Sprints (bike again): 8 bursts.

Week 2 update:
Goat 1: half an inch off.
Goal 2: Did the sprints - albeit on a stationary bike as it was raining. (Hard, like we're flooded here!!) Job done.
Goal 3: Pull up: not yet...
Goal 4: £60 raised. Need to up my game here...

Pull ups (assisted: can do a partial pull up unassisted with bent arms. Progress, but not there yet): 1, 1, 1, 1
Bench Press: 30kg: 3, 1, 4
Weighted squats: 2 x 12.5kg : 8, 8, 8
Seems like I have upper body strength issues at the mo.

Sprints (on stationary bike, raining today ) 8 sprints.

Oh dear. Was it really December last time I posted. Christmas Eve.

today: Pull ups: 2, 2, 2 - still assisted. goalpost keeps moving as I've got heavier. Grr
Bench press: 32.5kg: 5, 4, 4 Yay
