  1. fractured my finger at the end of week one, pull up goal seems unlikely now have been substituting with push ups, will try to increase my max total push ups to 50 at one go. (currently at 30) need more discipline where it comes to the food goals..
  2. injured my finger in week one...so far managed 380 push ups as of 26 Aug
  3. Hi all! Am new to the forum, I have been following the site for a while now and finally decided to join a challenge. I'm currently working a 9-5 desk job which does not involve much physical activity, leading to an increase in my gut and a decrease in my energy levels over the last couple of years. I used to play competitive canoe-polo, and am looking to get back into shape to play the game better, as well as to fit into my old clothes. This post represents the start of my workout commitment, and I hope to stick to it! Physical Goals: 1) Be able to do 15 pull-ups in one go - STR + 5 2) Go for a minimum of 3 runs every week - STA +5 3) Cut out sodas/sugared drinks completely 3 days a week - CON +2 Life Goal: 1) Learn how to cook 3 healthy meals (a meal every weekend) - CON +3 Cheers! althevin Undead Adventurer STR: 4 DEX: 2 STA: 2 CON: 3 WIS: 3 CHA: 1
