Hi all! Am new to the forum, I have been following the site for a while now and finally decided to join a challenge. I'm currently working a 9-5 desk job which does not involve much physical activity, leading to an increase in my gut and a decrease in my energy levels over the last couple of years. I used to play competitive canoe-polo, and am looking to get back into shape to play the game better, as well as to fit into my old clothes. This post represents the start of my workout commitment, and I hope to stick to it!
