Fitness 1. Learn basic parkour skills. 3 strength 2. Do a handstand and hold it for 5 seconds. 3 strength 2 endurance 3. Cut out fizzy drinks. 3 constitution 4. Spend less time on electronics. 4 wisdom Is this good?

Thank you for welcoming me. Right now I can do 14 press ups, 25 sit ups and 40 bodyweight squats.my workout is the beginner bodyweight workout and my diet is going fine, I am thin enough to develop a six pack . But I live in Hexham England. Any help?
