    So the strength training is going good, AncientReborn and I did the playground workout last fri it was awesome! I finally got a pull up bar! cant' do them yet but I've been doing negatives on it and like hanging knee tucks for your core it's been awesome! i'm still doing my best with food haha not going exactly as id like but it could be alot worse. i'm focusing down on it this week.

    whoop whoop! thanks! there were 2 holders. and I'm taking Taekwando. I'm the only one that they made break with that kick. everyone else did elbow strikes, so they must've thought I could do it haha. also the test had form, movement, and sparring. sorry for not answering your question earlier

    It is a spinning kick where you strike with your heel, and a straight leg, your foot is sideways.

  10. Right on. Taking 400-600mg should do the trick in the future. Make sure you're really well hydrated to flush all that out quicker as well Staying hydrated definitely helps with soreness.

    gee thanks! but they're not full pushups...I can only do like 5 real ones. they're kinda like reeeally low incline pushups on a step. but after i reach 3(10) on this level I'm hitting the ground baby haha. My trouble is the bw rows, I never seem to advance in numbers on those dumb things!

    Haha! thank you and perhaps we will. Maybe fri. We were talking about monkeying around (literally lol) at a playground on Fri so I could have matt tape it then (did i just say tape?, wow i'm old ) anyway i'll let you know. But don't worry you'll get there!! I still have girly muscles but i'm movin on up haha
