  1. wow color me impressed! I now feel the need to start an epic quest =) How was your week 1?
  2. Week 1 updated 1) No fast food consumed 2) I can now do 5 chin ups with no jump start! 3) Started Krav Maga 4) No dept payments have been made this week since i bought a ticket to go see my sick dad =\ Yay for week 2!
  3. It was awesome! I love the self defense aspect of it. I signed up for the studio =)

  6. Oooooooo! Do a burpee and on the jump, jump up to the pullup bar and do a pull up!!!!! I think i am going to try that today!!
  7. That's what I have been trying to do too. Has been working pretty good so far this week Great goals!
  8. Meal plan has been holding up so far. I was super tempted to go to taco bell for dinner tonight, but thankfully I had stocked up my fridge earlier this week so I had plenty of other yummy/healthy choices to pick from Annnnd I'm definitely going to try the burpees challenge!

  13. HI! This is my first challenge, soooo…. Bullet points about me: •I’m short, tinny, annnnd pretty weak -I hate being all of those things -Only one of those things is solvable by wearing high heels •10 years ago I used to; dance ballet, be on a swim team, play volley ball, study Karate, Tang Soo Do, kickboxing and play the piano -I currently do none of those anymore =\ •I play way to many video games -Not sure if I want to fix this •I’m determined to make my life better! <( ‘.’ <) ^( ‘.’ )^ <( ‘.’ )> (> ‘.’ )> Goal One: I want to give up fast food completely. I normally try and eat as healthy as I can, but I often find the temptation of a quick meal for cheap a little too irresistible…and then for the next 24 hours my entire body super regrets it. I want to completely kick fast food out of my life The How: more self control and better pre-planned meals The Challenge: Not being lazy and remembering to plan ahead for both food, and budget. Goal Two: Get better upper body strength. I want to be able to able to open jars by myself! I also want to be able to do a real pull up. The How: Good upper body workouts and a pull up bar between by bedroom and the bathroom. Every time I have to use the bathroom I will do at least 1 chin up and work my way up to a pull up. The Challenge: Currently I have about enough upper body strength to do 3-4 chin ups…if I jump up to the bar. Goal Three: Start Martial Arts up again The How: Find a style of martial arts that I enjoy and fits within my work schedule The Challenge: I have a work schedule, and 2 dogs at home that rely only on me to take care of them. Finding time to start up a class again can be a bit of a struggle. Goal Four: (Life) Pay off a credit card. Currently I have a few credit cards that need to be paid off. I’m working on getting one of the completely paid off so I can get rid of it entirely The How: Make 2 more payments of $200 - $300 a piece. The Challenge: Budgeting my life so paying that money doesn’t hurt to much. DAY ONE: Height: 5’3’’ (on a good day) Weight: 103 Chin Ups: 4 Push Ups: 10 Pull Ups: 0
