  1. Hi Anivair, Glad to know that and like to say biking is great cardio exercise to tone muscles, builds strength and stamina. Biking reduces and maintain body weight and improves cardiovascular fitness. Biking strengthens the immune system and reduce the risk of stress, depression, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Biking improves coordination and eats up calories.
  2. Hi Ollyswim, I love to swim as swimming is best exercise to burn fat, regulate metabolism and to lose boy weight. Swimming makes heart and lungs healthy and improve muscle strength. Swimming increase energy level and boost stamina. Swimming is great to deal joint or muscular problems and prevents from obesity, joint problem and cardiovascular problems.
  3. Hi Mirlith, I have been practicing yoga regularly since last 3 years and found yoga great to increase body flexibility and helps in breathing better. Yoga increase our strength, improves mood, relief stress and reduce the risk of risk of depression and cardiovascular disease.
  4. Hi All, Just finished my salmon fish (8 ounce) with 2 cups of whole wheat pasta and 1 small salad bowl serving while browsing forum. To maintain healthy body weight and to prevent from major health disease we must watch what we eat and workout regularly.
