  1. Hahahaha!! It didn't take me far coz i went to the botanical garden so i kept walking there back and forth and admiring the view... didn't even feel the 5 hours... here... i took pictures and posted them on my blog

  10. No!!! No erasing 2 successful weeks! Look, fat body percentage and the scale are not completely reliable methods. Your weight can fluctuate about 5 lbs per day! It depends on a lot of stuff, water retention, hormones, and so on... as for the BF%... There isn't a completely reliable way of measuring it. Don't beat yourself up. pick yourself up and keep going. If you are doing the right thing, your body will adapt and follow
