  1. Yet another pretty non event filled day. A.M. Had my morning cup of coffee (light cream, light sugar)2 Eggs and a piece of (whole grain wheat) toastRelaxed for a bit then did some stretchingHopped on the bike and rode about 8 milesNoon Snacked on some peanuts before eating lunchFixed a tunafish sandwich with a large glass of iced teaDid little things here and there around the houseStretched before doing the situps and pushups (not really counting the number of them at this point)P.M. Found out switching to a new router caused me to have to refresh and allow permissions on everything in the houseDid some internet surfing and emailing before dinnerHad Cheeseburger (home made) with light mustard and ketchup, with a baked potato with pepper and a light buttering, corn on the side.Went to bed close to a reasonable hour

  3. Ok just fyi these updates happen a day after the fact, so this log entry is from yesterday. A.M. Rolled out of bed tired as could be and sore in a good wayStaggered over to the Keurig and made me a cup of coffeePopped in a couple pieces of bread (real whole wheat) into the toaster and broke out the natural jamNoon Stretched a bit then rode the bike for about 3 miles, yeah I know that is less than my normGot back home and grabbed a granola bar to snack on with a handfull of grapesFired up the emulator and played me some Super Mario World ( Yoshi FTW!! )P.M. Had a pretty lazy evening drank a gatorade alongside dinner of Hotdogs and french friesNo situps or pushups tonight as the tummy and chest is sore, back at it tomorrow though.Went to bed early for some reason was rather tired hopefully it goes away the following day (which it did)

Woke up to a fresh cup of coffeeSent out some job resume'sHad some eggs and some wheat toast with light butterStretched before going on the bike ride ( 6 miles )Noon Snacked on some grapes while watching some newsDid some declined pushups and situps after stretching of courseMade me a tall glass of iced tea sweetened with some honeyP.M. Had some gatotade with dinner (mushroom and lean hamburger patties, instant mashed potatos)Geeked out with some tv ( Flash , and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and a bit of Forever )Organized the laptop some more and cleaned out the computer room ( found some stuff I forgot I had )

  6. For lack of previous logs I have decided to take the weekends off for the time being. Now as for Friday ( BAD BAD BAD BAD me!) I let it slip my mind to post and I didn't get reminded till the above poster *cough cough* reminded me Sunday. By which time I could not remember what I ate or did. A.M. Woke up and enjoyed a nice hot cup of coffeeRelaxed a bit then made an english muffin with some strawberry jelly and a bananaStretched then went out for the daily bike ride ( 5 miles )Noon Did some cleaning around the housePulled some weeds outside from the decorative gardenDid an oil change on the car and cleaned it outNAPTIME! hehehe Took a nap for about an hour and a halfP.M. Did some leg elevated pushups and some situps ( nothing real heavy being it was forgot to be done earlier in the day and before bed isn't a good idea.)Had to run to BestBuy (yeah I know overpriced) to buy a new router as mine delivered its last packet on Sunday.Went outside to adjust the solar floodlight so every car that drove by didn't keep it coming on like it used to.Bed Time!!!!

Woke up and had a bowl of cereal with a cup of coffee (light cream and sugar)Did some stretching before going on the morning bike ride (4 miles)Locked the bike up and did some light yard work pulling weeds and such Noon. Decided to do something different for lunch and made an egg and colby cheese sammich on a wheat tortillia ( There I ate lunch)Worked a bit on mounting some shelves in my roomStretched a bit and did some feet elevated pushupsP.M. (yeah yeah yeah I know) Nuked a couple hot dogs and popcorn plainWatched a little TV played with the bird for a fewRetired to the bedroom for the night and watched a movie before bed ( The Island )

Woke up had a light breakfast - Some grapes and a bowl of oatmeal no sugar but light honey.Stretched and grabbed a water loaded it onto the bike and rode approx. 5 milesDid light sets of situps and pushups Noon. Mowed the lawn (riding mower)Played around on the laptop a bit and snacked a bit on unsalted peanuts (only thing to eat for lunch, yeah, yeah I know not good)Worked cleaning up the garage and cleaned out the carEvening. Did a few more sit ups and pushups (stretched a bit before doing so)Snacked on some grapes (yeah I you thought I was going to say peanuts didn't ya)Later around 8 I had two sloppy joes and a small salad with light dressing (took some getting used to it not floating around in the bowl of dressing but managed)Typed up my daily log and watched a bit of a chat room before going to bed.
  9. ok I know it has been a long time now since I have posted anything and that comes way of health issues. So I have decided to just keep any exercise to a minimum for the time being till I can get checked out by a Dr. and get some tests done which involves health insurance that I do not currently have at the moment and need it to pay for these tests. I am still doing a light workout (mainly just calisthenics) and I have been keeping the bike rides down to a minimum as well. maybe only twice a week till I figure out whats going on with my health at this point in time. shoobie was great on keeping me up to date on my personal logs that the Dr. will be needing so now that I have a long enough span for them to read through its just waiting till I am able to get to a Dr and get the testing phase done. Thank you shoobie and all of you, I hope to be back in the game asap.
  10. doing awesome shoobie!! you can do it!! and as for the arms up in the air that could be interesting, just yell while doing so to freak everyone around you out just make sure you get it on camera seriously though you are doing awesome and maybe as the others suggested try keeping up with the hydration and how long does the swelling last and is it just your hands or is it the arms too that feel swollen?
  11. Its going great!!! Been keeping up with the bike rides daily and the nightly exercises as well, feeling great. The new test is I start working tomorrow so the updates will be coming back as I am not sure how tired or worn out I will be after an hour drive to work then 8 maybe more hours of work then an hour back home. But I am going to be probably adjusting my workout times or the types of workouts especially if I am unable to do the bike ride as I was previously doing. But yes I am loving it and actually enjoy the working out and finding new areas to work out as well
  12. this is going smoother and smoother the knees seem to be holding up pretty well there isn't any pain other than the good kind from working out so that is great, other than that the routine for the workout was the usual at this point and nothing added or changed just a good ole fashioned workout with a desktop and a laptop LOL keep the motivation going everyone, you all can do it !!

  14. alright yet another day down!! Hell yeah! I doubled my routine through out the day as I couldn't get the cardio going on the bike as we are in a hurricane warning so did stationary running/jogging to get the juices flowing then dove into the double workout still doing the triceps added exercise and its working well and instead of just the standard crunch I have been doing the bicycle style crunches elbow to opposite knee alternating elbow to knee. So that was my day today I have also been keeping good track of what I have been eating throughout the day just as a guide of how many calories I took in for the day and been substituting instead of eating cookies and snacks of that sort for fruits. Cut wayyyy back on pop as well now its mainly tea or juice.
