  1. For a long binge watch I would watch an episode then do 1 set of something like the Beginner Bodyweight Workout. Did it for a whole season in a day once 13 sets lol I was hurting but so worth it.

  3. I would find myself thinking "Kaio-ken" quite often when \I used to go to the gym, mostly for deadlift PR. Now that I can't afford it my goal is handstand push-ups cuz DBZ guys looked awesome doing them.

  7. Breakfast doesn't have to be anything different just make any paleo meal that you normally would. Or make extra for supper and have leftovers.

  13. I wish I could do this. I use 7 alarms (2 on the alarms clock and 5 on my phone) that all have to be turned off independantly when I have to be awake at a certain time. Can't remember what it's called but I have these weird dreams where I wake up late and rush my whole morning only to realize i"m dreaming and wake up in my bed again lol.

  16. I'd guess about whatever it is for walking that distance plus maybe 10%. Unless you have a reel mower.. Those things are horrible.
  17. Really any of the Ippo themes but this is my fav.
  18. Another option would be something like the angry birds workout. Instead of doing, for example, 3 sets of 10. Do 30 in as many sets as it takes.
