  1. Making a Runner 5 shirt for when I do Zombies, Run! pretty excited. I hope it turns out.

  2. I need a guide "How to live healthy on the graveyard shift"

    1. TMedina

Do a lot of cooking at home and bring your food. It helps cut back on temptation at the vending machine. :D

    2. tundralily
  3. it was just a random idea. no point to it really. and i didnt mean for the landing to be in the squat position. i just meant to do the push up then when you land after pushing off the ground you get into the next position. it just seemed entertaining to me.
  4. Ok so i came up with an idea for a modified burpee and I wanted to see what you guys think. Start in a normal standing position, bend over and squat down. Place hands on floor, slightly wider than shoulder width. While holding upper body in place, kick legs back. Land on forefeet with body in straight, plank position. Keeping upper body in place, then do a push-up using your upward force to push yourself off the ground, pull legs forward under body returning feet in original position. Jump up and grab pull up bar and do a pull up. then a hanging crunch, then drop back down to starting pose. The Bane Burpee. What do you think?
  5. Need to keep myself accountable and on track.

  6. Hey guys and gals I just wanted to see if there was anyone in the muskegon area that might want to meet up and help keep eachother on track. I have had a hard time keeping my momentum lately and could use the help.
  7. Does whiskey count? jk. I drink mostly water, tea, and fresh juice (juicers ftw). I also enjoy the occasional smoothie.
  8. I fell off the bandwagon pretty quickly because I'm working full time third shift and working on renovating my house, with those combined I hardly have any energy. But I know what I need to do and I know I need to be healthier. Both me and my fiancé are trying to get healthy so that will hopefully make things easier. But besides just eating better I have developed my master plan (which I will now copy and paste from my cosplay/role play/fitness blog) There are seven things I want to work on, so I have one thing to focus on for each day of the week. Monday will be Endurance/Stamina and I will either go for a run or do six sets of six suicides (to signify my time on the suicide squad and the secret six) Tuesday will be arm day. exercises will range anywhere from push ups and pull ups to bench presses and the like. Wednesday will be ab day and I will do sit ups, bicycles, ab holds, and similar workouts. Thursday will be leg day, I will do lunges, squats, leg presses and so on. Friday is chest/back day and will consist of push ups, flyes, and pull downs. Saturday is balance day and will consist of hand stands, balance beams, and ball exercises. Sunday is brain day and will include meditation, reading, and learning new things. this will also be a day of rest for the other parts of the body.
  9. Pretty excited to get fit and start becoming bane. Also YOUMACON!!!

A good question, once you get to 32 can you tell me how you got here so I'll know? :)

  11. This two job thing is killing my workout plans. I need to find some way to work around my schedule or lack thereof.

  12. Man this two job thing is killing me. And it makes it a lot harder to find work out time.... But yay money

    1. insanity

I feel your pain, work and school here. Workout time it possible, but having the energy is a whole other story.
