1) Increase Body Weight Workouts to double my current amount (20 Single leg deadlifts, 10 Diamond Pushups, 10 Straight leg reverse crunches, 10 jumps, 20 Dumbbell rows, 15s plank, 20 jumping jacks - 5x), either by more reps or more circuits, per body weight workout day. Decrease Interval "rest" total time to 1 min 40 sec between bursts (Current at 2 min 30 sec) per interval day (2 Str, 2 Dex, 2 Sta) 2) Be able to do a Proper Wall-assisted Handstand for 60 sec. (1 Str, 1 Dex, 1 Sta) 3) Read all of Clash of Kings (Book 2 of the Ice and Fire Series); Get 1 of the websites I've been spitballing around with up and running. (2 Wis) 4) Track my Food intake more (goal is to have no cheats (i.e. no grains, no coffee, no artificial food/snacks -- purely meat, veggies and fruits)), Get down to 15% body fat (currently at 19.43%). (2 Con, 2 Cha)
