Main Quest - Be in Bitchin' Shape for WA Main Quest Goals 1) Follow up on Fall Brawl Advice hamstring - limiting factor.Suggested exercises: Romanian Deadlifts, Good mornings, reverse hypertricep - weak part of bench. Suggested exercises: tricep lockouts, decline tricep extensions squat form - torn on this one, but will probably just keep doin' my thing. My co-worker said a couple of times, the strength is there, the form is there, you are just not used to the weight. I think my goal will be to learn a hamstring and a tricep exercise and incorporate both into my workout; lighter weights, higher reps?2) Learn how to deal with the upper body It hurts and I don't want it anymoreBench press muscles are my least favorite. I hates them. I want a shoulder warm up routine and to memorize the shoulder stretches in my yoga book (unfortunately I cannot locate said book...) 3) Prep for FODMAPs once the CSA ends My CSA ends at the end of October. When it's over, I'm going back to fodmaps not happy or excited about it. But tough. This one is a little hard to quantify because I mostly just want to bring it from the back of my mind to the front. Perhaps, my goal will be to have a game plan for the elimination diet. Life Quest - Go home. I've been estranged too long. I knew Day 2 of my vacation that I was moving back. I came back to Delaware and broke up with the entire fucking state (except my job). At the end of my lease (Nov) I'm moving in with my friend. She is kicking me out in the Spring so by hook or crook I'm going home. You miss things when you are the entire continent away from your people. My brother is me and I had no idea. My backpacking pack is the same age as him. My youngest brother is 14, how old I was when he was born. I moved out when he was 4. He has no memory of us ever living together. My sister looked happy when I saw her. I have pictures of her smiling. My friend is in the hospital right now and I'm not there. And the Cascades. The Cascades are shouting at me. The resume is polished, my LinkedIn profile is going to get its ass kicked next week. My peeps are networking their asses off for me. My new favorite hobby (after weight lifting of course and the monster) is job hunting. Goal: Prep apartment for move. I have have the standard collection of old and broken electronics that should go to the big outlet in the sky. My friend's place is furnished so I really have to pare things down. Most of my furniture has to go. "Luckily" I lost 3 boxes of friends and lovers (my books) in the basement flooding that went above the pallets I put on the ground to keep my books dry. Tears were shed. This goal will be achieved if by the end of the challenge I'm at a minimum.
