  1. Late to the game, but looks like quite a few warriors are zen partying with the Druids this round. Well, add me to the list of warriors needing a step back to get stuff in order. The long and short of it is: went too hard for too long, body flipped out in many ways. Now I'm actively trying to reduce stress - mental/emotional and physically and focus recovery. So, I've dropped my lifting workouts down to 2x/week and I want to focus on some areas I've been neglecting. I went back and forth on where to post this, but decided on the druids so I could keep the right perspective and remember why I'm doing what I'm doing instead of getting caught up in the warrior "lift all the things!" mentality that I find so enticing. Goal: Core 3x week Goal: Unfrak my shoulders - shoulder mobility/yoga 3x week minimum -100 pull aparts 4x week -Shoulder prehab vid 1x week minimum Goal: Walk 45 minutes or more at least 3x week Goal: Yoga 1x/week - any length, any intensity
  2. Hi All I have a question, im doing a program at the moment that I had done last year. Its super high rep but it helped me loose a lot of weight and fat and get great definition. after ive done this for a few months I go on to high weight low reps programming. Anywho I needed to do this program again as ive gained a lot of weight and lost all my muscle. Ive started a new gym and obviously there are new trainers around that have not seen me do this programming. Well today I did my clean and press sets and I saw the trainer and her client watch me a bit, then they came and used the bench right behind me. On my second set of dumbbell snatches I hear her say to her client " I don't know why they are doing so many snatches right after doing clean and press" so my question is, am I doing something wrong???? this trainer is a body building competitor so surely she knows what she is talking about.... but also 90% of trainers use the smith machine for squats and therefore I don't trust a word they say. I loved this routine and my shoulders got super sexy while doing it. please can someone give me opinions on this? as im really worried other people are thinking the same and I look like an idiot. Link to my program is below in my signature Help?
