  1. GET READY! Simple challenge this time, guys. No really. Guys. I'm Serious. ... 1. CheechKwon-Do: Get competition ready !! I have a tournament on March 15th which we are hosting, and it's kiiiiiiind of a big deal. My DoJung is actually hosting this event in Houston, so as a higher rank, not only am I going to compete, but I must do all the things: help with the coordination of the tournament, be an official (which may not only included judging but being the center referee in the rings, and keep all of the lower ranks in check when the Masters are around. Whew. Lots of work to do. To prepare for this event I need to train like beast. TKD workout 5 days a week (before tourney) 3X week after tourney+2STR +2DEX +2STA <-- lots o points for this b/c need to monk fo reals 2. Arm Me By supplementing my TKD workouts, I arm myself to be a better fighter. 1. I don't want to loose the strength I gained from spending a challenge with the Warriors. 2. I will be doing as Tough Mudder in May and potential a Ruck in the future so I need to maintain my long distance cardio. 3. I need to gain more fast twitch muscle. Lift Heavy 2X weekOne LONG run (5+ miles) per week1 HIIT workout per week+2 STR +2 DEX 3. Make it Count Sighhhhhh. Back to counting calories. Continuing Primal Diet throughout this challenge. Focus focus focus on meat and veggies. Also *finally downloaded My Fitness Pal to document my intake. If I am going to get down into the lower weight bracket for sparring, I NEED to pay attention to what is going into my mouth. Primal Diet (excepting occasional wine - no other alcohols!)DAILY calorie counts with limit of 2000 (<-- lower on works days)+3 CON 4. Life Quest: Correspond with 2 Universities weekly for Nursing. Update application Stati Apply for student loans +2 WIS LET"S DO THIS!!!!
