  1. Background: Post-hibernation... Proxzerk… the Half-Gnoll... out to feast, run, and hunt... and do it healthy! Currently, I am an intro-level endurance runner running around 8-11 miles a week in 2-3 sessions (when I get around to it) and occasionally train on a Gaelic Hurling team a soccer team. I run to eat… I run to drink... the owner of my actions and have my actions as my arbitrator! A lot of my goals are brought from my Level 1 challenge with some additional miles and additional core work through the 30-day Plank Challenge. Main Quest: Running a total of 520 miles in 2014, including a Half-Marathon in September 2014. Goals: [STA +3 | DEX +2] Run 73 miles, averaging 12.2 miles a week. 2 small quicker runs, 1 long run. -Grading based on final percentage of miles completed. [STR +5] Dumb-bells & bench: 2 times a week and 30-Day Plank Challenge (http://30dayfitnesschallenges.com/30-day-plank-challenge/) -Grading based on final percentage missed workouts. [CON +2 | CHA +1] 175.8 lbs, following the WWP+ program. -Grading based on delta weight to final pounds. Life Quest: [CON +1 | CHA +1] Sleep & Schedule: Get approximately 6+ hours of sleep a night, wake up: M-F @ 7:30 & S-U @ 10:30 -Grading 6wks * 7days = 42 days, percentage of days achieved. Side-Challenge: Week 1 (http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/44752-side-challenge-the-whizznerd-of-oz-week-1-posted/?p=911273): Dedicate lunch hours to reading. Motivation: Building the better Nerd: Dropping my love handles, seeing my abs for the first time, and get consistent to keep it up. Starting Stats: 36 - Male 5'10" ~180 lbs BodPod: ???
